Meeting Room Data Collection

We are currently collecting data from four boundary microphones placed on a table in two stereo pairs. Data is digitised at 16000Hz/16 bits using an Aardvark Direct Pro 24/96 soundcard.

Meetings

We are recording the weekly CLT seminars and subsequent discussion which usually lasts around 90 minutes in total. These meetings usually have one main speaker but involve 4-5 others in discussion. In the future we will also be targetting smaller working group meetings and other discussion groups.

Data Availability

While our data is generally being kept for use on our project, we may be able to make some available to other projects, especially if you can contribute annotation or otherwise add value to the data. Please contact Steve Cassidy or Catherine Watson to discuss this.
